Client Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview:
The Client Acquisition Specialist is responsible for initiating and managing prospective client relationships for Aveline Institute services and programs. This role focuses on outreach, enrollment conversion, and maintaining a professional, trust-based client experience from first contact through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, and consultations

  • Present Aveline Institute services clearly and ethically

  • Guide prospects through the intake and enrollment process

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

  • Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and administrative teams

  • Meet or exceed client acquisition and conversion goals

  • Uphold professional standards in all client-facing communication

Qualifications:

  • Background in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare education sales, or general sales experience

  • Prior administrative or client service experience strongly preferred

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a structured, ethical, wellness-focused environment

  • High level of organization and follow-through

Integrative Nutritional Therapist

Position Overview:
The Integrative Nutritional Therapist provides guidance and education in holistic and integrative nutrition practices to support client wellness outcomes. This is a developmental role, typically promoted internally, with certification requirements supported through Aveline Institute training pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nutritional education aligned with integrative wellness principles

  • Support clients in developing sustainable dietary and lifestyle habits

Integrative Nursing Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide structured weight-management counseling and coaching

  • Develop individualized wellness and nutrition plans

  • Support behavior change strategies for long-term health outcomes

  • Track client progress and adjust recommendations as needed

  • Collaborate with nutrition and wellness departments

  • Maintain ethical, supportive, and non-judgmental client engagement

Qualifications:
